SureShield Quotes, LLC ("SureShield," "we," "us") helps you request insurance quotes from licensed carriers. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and quote form, who receives it, and the choices you have.

• Your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
• The coverage types you ask about, and any specialized-coverage needs you select.
• The number of carriers you choose to hear from, and the carriers you approve by name.
• Your consent record: the exact consent wording shown to you, the date and time, and a TrustedForm certificate that records how you completed the form.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, browser type, and anti-fraud checks, used to keep the form safe from bots and abuse.
• Basic anonymous visit statistics about which pages and form steps are used.
• Anything you send us if you contact us, report a call, or ask us to stop contact.

• To match your request to licensed carriers that serve your state and coverage type.
• To give you a six-digit code and send you a copy by email, so you can recognize a genuine call.
• To pass your request to ONLY the carrier(s) that you choose, so they can contact you.
• To keep proof of your consent, honor stop-contact requests, and investigate complaints.
• To prevent fraud, duplicate or automated submissions, and misuse.

Your request goes only to the carrier(s) you chose and approved by name, up to the number of carriers you selected. Each receives your contact details, coverage request, your code, and your consent record, so they can show they were authorized to contact you. We do not give your request to carriers you did not choose.

The consent record is stored with your request and travels with it to the carriers you approved. It states what you agreed to, when, and how, and it includes the TrustedForm certificate. A carrier may keep that record for as long as it needs to document its compliance with telemarketing and insurance rules.

We also use service providers to run the site, such as hosting, email delivery, and security checks, and payment processing for carrier accounts. They process information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud.

We do not sell your information to carriers you did not choose.

Carriers you approved may call and email you about your request. Any genuine caller will give you your code. If a caller cannot provide it, the call is unrelated to SureShield Quotes and the carrier you selected. You may revoke permission at any time by telling an agent, replying to an email, or by using our stop contact page. We record your request, tell the carriers, and stop contact as required by law.

Sensitive fields such as date of birth and street address are encrypted when stored. Access is limited by role, activity is logged, and information sent to carriers is protected in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Security page.

We keep your request and consent record for as long as needed to provide the service, document consent, resolve complaints, and meet legal obligations. We remove or de-identify sensitive details such as date of birth and street address once they are no longer needed. Stop-contact requests are kept so we can keep honoring them.

• Ask to see, correct, or delete your information — or opt out of sharing — using our privacy rights page or by emailing support@sureshieldquote.com. Some records (such as proof of consent and your stop request) may need to be kept by law.
• Residents of some states have additional privacy rights; we will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
