The code handshake

Every call arrives expected — with proof.

On submission, the consumer receives a 6-digit verification code and a plain-English note telling them exactly how many licensed carriers may reach out. Every licensed carrier opens the call by reading the same code. If a caller can't read the code, it isn't us.

  • Protects your brand from being lumped in with spam calls
  • Consumer keeps control — 1 or up to 5 carriers, their choice
  • Code-read verification enforced at the platform level, not on the honor system
  • Every code match logged as evidence for TCPA disputes

On the call · from Carrier A

Hi Alex — this is Jamie with Carrier A, one of the 3 carriers you asked to hear from on SureShield. I'm calling now and will start with your code 742-916 so you know it's really us.
Call proceeds

"Hi Alex, this is Jamie — your SureShield code is 742-916."

Consumer confirms code · call proceeds · match logged.

Why trust is the product

More trust. More answered calls. More issued policies.

Years of robocalls taught consumers not to pick up, and the whole industry pays for it on every dial. SureShield was built to reverse that. We design every lead to establish trust between the consumer and the insurance industry before a phone ever rings — a contact limit the consumer chose, a disclosure they read, and a code only a real partner can read.

Trust before the dial

Consumers choose how many licensed carriers may reach them and receive a code that identifies a real partner. The call is expected, so it is likely answered — and an answered call is the only kind that becomes a policy.

Less chasing, more closing

When your team stops working cold numbers and defending spam complaints, those hours move to the work that pays: quoting accurately, following up on applications already in motion, and getting pending policies issued.

A reputation that compounds

Every expected call, honored opt-out, and matched code raises your answer rate with the next consumer, too. Trust is the one asset that makes the lead you buy today cheaper than the one you buy next quarter.

The arithmetic is simple: trust is what turns a lead into a conversation and a conversation into a policy. Minimize the chasing and your agents spend their day on the policies waiting to be closed — and every lead you buy performs better than it would anywhere else.

Questions we hear a lot.

Will consumers get spam calls from us?
A consumer's information goes only to the matched provider(s) shown on their screen. We don't sell or distribute consumer numbers to open telemarketing lists, so a call from a company outside SureShield did not originate with us. We can't account for forms a consumer may have submitted on other websites.
Is SureShield a lead vendor?
Yes — but not a traditional one. We generate real-time consumer intent, verify phone and email, capture consent, and deliver a code handshake so every lead you buy is reachable, defensible, and expected.
How does the 1-or-up-to-5 carrier choice work?
Consumers choose during quote intake how many licensed carriers can contact them. We enforce that limit across our platform: no additional carrier can call through SureShield once the limit is reached, and every outreach is logged.
What makes SureShield leads different from a shared list?
Phone validity, email deliverability, and identity checks run at submission. Consent is recorded with a timestamp and IP, and every lead gets a 6-digit code that the partner must read on the call. If the caller doesn't have the code, it isn't from us.
Can I get exclusive leads?
Growth plans include semi-exclusive leads by state and product line. Enterprise plans can be exclusive or first-right-of-refusal with custom volume and SLA terms.
